Gigs Announcement!

It’s been a hectic few weeks starting a new college course, making new friends, mixing and getting a break away in Berlin to brush up on my German! ๐Ÿ™‚ It’s all go and that’s the way I like it!

Good news to reveal: Shock Sorrow are back in action! In case you haven’t read my musical history page, Shock Sorrow is a two piece acoustic band, myself and Keith Caffrey. We spent most of 2010 gigging around Dublin, Drogheda, Dundalk and Limerick, writing material and recording demos ourselves. We took an unofficial break after our last gig in Drogheda in October 2010 as we both became extremely busy with our bands and personal lives and waited until now when we are both free to pick up the project again and invest more time and thought in it.

We have a date to announce: November 3rd 2011 in Boyles, Slane Co. Meath! We are looking forward immensely to this date, Boyles is a fantastic place to play with it’s state of the art sound system and lovely, warm folk who appreciate original music!

We are also beginning to write new material (perhaps we will play a new one at Boyles!) and have updated our usual social networking sites, so log on to Facebook, Revernation, MySpace etc to listen, watch and interact with Shock Sorrow!

Aztaria are also playing in Sweeneys, Dame St, Dublin, September 28th and the Hard Rock Cafe, Dublin, October 27th!

Having fun in DkIT on the brand new B.A in Music and Audio Production course! I’ve made lots of new friends already and can’t wait to get stuck in and play with the new gear! ๐Ÿ˜€

It’s all good in Feckin Studio!
