Tonight myself and Keith Caffrey are playing McHugh’s beer garden to mark the release of our debut EP “The Heart Bleeds”. I couldn’t be more excited to show off the amazing artwork Kelvin Doran of Serpent Tusk Studio created for us. I recorded, produced and mixed the EP over the lockdown, during what was and still is, a very difficult time in Keith’s life: the pain and trauma of losing his beautiful and kind fianceé Aoife is channeled into each of these songs. There has been no greater honour in my music life to date to have worked with Keith on this special project. Mastered by none other than the master himself Siegfried Meier in his amazing Beach Road Studios in Ontario, Canada, we are proud of what we have created: an honest, heartfelt, and very special musical tribute to Keith’s soulmate.
